The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.

His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the video game company he co-founded.

The influential game designer lost his life when his vehicle was involved in a crash and burst into flames on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
